Store Policies

All sales final: All purchases made through Emersyn Bridal are final. We do not offer refunds, returns, exchanges, or store credit under any circumstances.

    • A 60% deposit is due at the time of purchase

    • All deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable.

    • A deposit or full payment is required to place any order.

    • Orders cannot be canceled, changed, or refunded once submitted to the designer/manufacturer.

    • Remaining balances must be paid in full prior to pickup.

    • Gowns will not be released until full payment is received.

    • By completing a purchase, the customer agrees not to initiate a chargeback or payment dispute for any reason related to final sale items.

    • In the event of a chargeback, Emersyn Bridal reserves the right to provide all signed agreements and documentation as evidence to dispute the claim.

    • The customer acknowledges their wedding/event date listed at the time of purchase.

    • Emersyn Bridal is not responsible if a gown does not arrive in time due to late ordering or external delays.

    • Emersyn Bridal does not provide alterations.

    • Customers are solely responsible for selecting and working with their own seamstress.

    • Emersyn Bridal is not responsible for any issues resulting from alterations performed by third parties.

    • Customers must inspect and/or try on their gown at pickup.

    • By accepting the gown, the customer confirms it is in satisfactory condition.

    • Once the gown leaves Emersyn Bridal, we are not responsible for any damage, loss, or issues.

    • After pickup, the customer assumes full responsibility for proper storage, handling, and care of the gown.

    • Special order gowns are made based on designer sizing and specifications.

    • Emersyn Bridal is not responsible for fit, as alterations are typically required.

    • Gown sizing was consented on at the time of purchase.

  • Emersyn Bridal is not responsible for damages, delays, or issues caused by third parties, including designers, manufacturers, shipping carriers, or alteration providers.

    By making a purchase, the customer acknowledges and agrees to all store policies listed above.

    You will be asked to sign the store policies in agreement at your appointment.
