What do you need to know about your appointment at Emersyn Bridal?

  • Wedding dresses can take anywhere from 4 - 6 months to make and arrive depending on the designer. We recommend you begin looking for your wedding dress a minimum of 8 months before your wedding. This amount of time allows for the arrival of the gown, pickup, and alterations. If you are on a tighter timeline, our designers do offer rush options.

  • Our gowns are offered in a variety of sizes. We also have the option to get in other sample sizes if need be from our designers.Our samples in store range from size 10 -24. Our designers offer sizes 00 - 32.

  • Due to the nature of the business, we are by appointment only. We pride ourselves on offering the best client service, which means devoting our full attention to our brides during their two hour appointment. If you are needing an appointment, please select and book the appointment that meets your needs. We can’t wait to help you!

  • We do not offer alterations in house. We have a list of incredible seamstresses with years of experience that we recommend.

  • We recommend bringing what you think you will wear under your wedding dress whether that be Spanx or shapewear. The majority of our dresses have built in pads so there is no need to be worried about a bra.

    You will not need shoes for your appointment either. At your appointment you will stand on a pedestal, but feel free to bring shoes to your pickup appointment.

  • While being tan can give you that extra bridal glow, we do ask that you shower prior to your appointment if you’ve recently had a spray tan.

    Rinsing off residual bronzer helps preserve the integrity of our gowns and ensures each dress remains pristine for every bride who tries it on.

  • We allow five guests max. Our space is small and seating is limited for guests. We have found that five is a sweet spot with different opinions and personalities for our brides.

    While we love children and have children of our own, we do ask that you leave little ones with a trusted caregiver during your appointment. Our entire store is white with fluffy and tempting fabrics to touch. We would like to keep our gowns in immaculate condition for every bride we welcome into the store. If you have any questions regarding children at your appointment please do not hesitate to reach out.

  • Paying For Your Wedding Dress

    60% of the payment is due at the time you say Yes to your dress in order for Emersyn Bridal to order it. The remaining balance is due once your dress arrives. 

    We accept cash, checks, and all credit/debit cards. 

    We are able to split payments if multiple people are wanting to help pay for the gown.

    Tips

    Over the years we have had many brides and their families ask to tip their bridal stylist. For this reason, there will be an option to leave your stylist a tip via credit/debit card at checkout. The tip options are 2%, 5%, 10% and None. Please know that while tips are very appreciated they are never expected

  • Wedding planning can get busy, and we completely understand! If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please let us know 24–48 hours in advance.

    This gives another bride the opportunity to say “yes” during your reserved time.
